Location was perfect, close to a restored 18th-century east end townhouse, staff was hard-working however we didn't see much of them. Great communication, easy check-in.

Very central location, functional and fairly clean rooms. Affable staff, answered all my questions. Welcoming service and efficient check in too. The view was outstanding. The neighbourhood was very quiet. There was Trade with some goodies/coffee etc, set not very far from the venue.
The bathroom was poor, it upset me a little.
